Private Label Coffee

In addition to traditional wholesale, we offer private label (or “white label”) coffee roasting for businesses that want to sell coffee under their own brand.

We roast and supply high quality blends and single origins, and you package them using your own custom branding. This allows you to offer excellent coffee without the cost and complexity of running your own roasting operation.

  • Our wholesale programs are designed for cafes, restaurants, offices, churches, and other organizations that want to serve excellent coffee. With a minimum order of just 10 lbs and production capacity exceeding 1,000 lbs per week, we can support businesses of any size.

  • Easy! Simply fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page and we’ll reach out to learn more about your business and how we can support your coffee program.

  • Orders can be placed anytime through our online wholesale portal, which works like a standard online store, or via text/email to our founder and head roaster. We are flexible and happy to work with you to create an ordering system that fits your business.

  • We roast Monday through Friday and most orders are fulfilled within one business day. We offer free local delivery in Kansas City on orders over 10 lbs and free UPS shipping on orders over 35 lbs.

  • Yes, we can provide up to two free foundational barista training either at our café in Liberty or on-site using your equipment. Training can include espresso preparation, milk steaming, and general coffee knowledge.

  • Yes. We can assist with menu development, brewing ratios, equipment selection, and general coffee program setup.

  • Our menu consists of 5 year-round blends and 2-3 rotating single origins. Our blends include:

    • Light of Eärendil espresso (for espresso & cold brew)

    • Halo light roast

    • Everyman Medium roast

    • Wanderer Dark roast

    • Sugarcane Decaf

    Our single origin menu rotates throughout the seasons, but we generally have one washed Central/South American coffee, a natural processed coffee, and a “seasonal” coffee that we feel reflects the flavors of the season.

  • Yes. We provide private label (or white label) coffee roasting so you can sell coffee under your own brand without managing your own roasting operation.

  • Yes. We regularly ship wholesale and retail coffee throughout the region and across the U.S. Shipping for orders over 35lbs is free. Check out the “Who We Work With” section above to see a few of our current out-of-state partners.
