Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop
For years our dream has been to bring amazing atmosphere, service, and coffee to the Northland. Not even the collapse of our original building could stop us. Our building collapsed in 2016 resulting in the loss of our space and funds as well as significant delays while we regrouped. We opened up in a “temporary” location in October of 2016. Throughout our time in that building we experienced numerous other structural problems that resulted in us having to close a number of times for building repairs. In 2020, after losing around a third of our daily average sales during the coronavirus pandemic and economic crisis, it all came to a head in a disagreement with our landlord about how the issues were being handled. The disagreement boiled over and resulted in us losing that location as well. Down, but never out, we scrambled and found a new space a few blocks away. After a long and painful 18 month hiatus, we re-opened our cafe in December of 2021.

Light of Earendil Espresso
A sweet, familiar blend of natural processed Brazilian coffees and washed Central/South American coffees. Our espresso blends focuses on creamy sweetness, body, and balance while offering a hint of bright acidity.

Pour Over Coffee
We have a rotating list of house roasted coffees available to be brewed by-the-cup in a V60 on our TONE Swiss machine. With these coffees we generally focus on finding the best coffee each country has to offer and roasting them on a medium-light profile to bring out the unique flavors of the terroir and varietal.
